Our Story
We've been regulars at Chicago markets for years - the kind of people who show up hungry and leave inspired. Every time we walked through the booths, we found ourselves wondering what kind of business we could bring that would actually add something new to the mix.
That question turned into Stix.
We saw a gap in Chicago's food scene for a truly great handmade soft pretzel, and we decided it was time to do something about it.
